What happens after the Learn To Fence Course is completed?

Fencing students are placed into age appropriate classes and levels of experience. Recreational fencers may attend classes and open fencing one or two times per week.  Competitive fencers will be attending three or more times per week for training and open fencing salle times for bouts and tournament training.

What is Open Fencing and who attends?

Several times a week Collierville Arts Academy hosts open fencing times to allow students to fence with others in a non-competitve, non-tournament atmosphere.  Students who are enrolled in fencing classes at CAA are welcome to attend open fencing times at no additional cost.  Students at all levels are encouraged to attend open fencing times.

Fencers who are not members of CAA or Memphis Fencers Club are required to sign a release form and pay a floor fee of $15 per visit.
